Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. The successful candidate will run their own caseload, as well as help develop the rest of the main Health issues relating to disrepair i.e damp, water ingress The termination of tenancies and licenses Eviction (unlawful and harassment) Right to protection from eviction. Rent disputes between tenants and landlords The ideal candidate will have experience in housing law and have the drive and desire to build their own department up from the ground. They will have good knowledge of the area of law and will want to expand and grow. It would be highly beneficial to have some legal aid experience.
