Our 555,000 sq ft factory in Yorkshire has the capacity to produce up to 3,000 affordable, sustainable homes per year, creating progressive careers across multiple disciplines. What you will be doing: The Head of Logistics will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics department’s activities across LGMH sites. They will be managing all aspects of inbound, production and outbound logistics activity to the highest operational, quality and inventory management standards. Qualifications / Skills: • Degree level or equivalent (Minimum HNC) • Significant Operations logistics supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment • Highly familiar with leading ERP/MRP systems • Just in Time (JIT) sequential supply background with a level of longevity in this role either from a OEM or first tier supplier • Warehouse on Wheels and Supply Chain Management experience • Lean/Six Sigma qualifications, preferable Our benefits: Excellent Pension Scheme, car allowance, life assurance, family health care, 33 days Holiday including bank holidays, Share Options, Life Assurance, Free Parking, Subsidised Restaurant, Mobile App allowing for day to day savings and deals at a large number of retailers in the UK, Branded Workwear.Please note that due the large volume of applications, we are unable to respond individually with feedback.
