A Chef de Partie position is available at a luxury, multi-outlet situated in Cleveland Role: A highly regarded, country hotel that has won numerous awards and accolades for the high standards of cooking the kitchen offers its guests is seeking a Chef de Partie.In this role of Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to create dishes for the 40 cover fine dining restaurant; the 80 cover bar/ grill restaurant; afternoon teas; room service and the 200 cover banqueting department.As a result this is a great opportunity to further progress your all round cooking skills whilst working with seasonal, fresh produce to create contemporary dishes. Requirements: A strong Demi Chef de Partie or an experienced Chef de Partie who have been working in similar high quality, fresh food kitchens is required to take on this position.Previous experience working in a multi-outlet dining operation would be a big advantage for this role.
