Overview
A new vacancy has arisen in South Yorkshire for an SME Account Handler. The role will involve servicing a portfolio of commercial accounts. Broking new business and obtaining and negotiating quotations for the renewal of existing accounts. Handling all adjustments including extensions of cover, ensuring that all relevant documentation is kept up to date. You will provide internal support to Account Executives and Directors, assisting with the writing of new business and renewal reports. Applicants applying for this vacancy must have relevant SME commercial insurance experience gained ideally within a broking environment. You should be capable of working unsupervised using your own initiative to ensure a highly professional service. Good computer skills are essential and progress with insurance examinations an advantage.
