Technical Coordinator New Build Housing Exeter A well respected house builder is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator or Technical Pm to join a friendly and established team. The main objective will be to ensure that design projects are delivered efficiently and to programme, whilst achieving targets for both the project and the brief. You will be co-ordinating the management of external consultants who produce detailed working drawings for residential development projects. Meeting all Client & Customer obligations, provide design information to operations teams to meet programme requirements and work within projects commercial targets ensuring best value is achieved through pro-active value engineering. Key attributes needed and thorough understanding of: It is essential to have previous experience in a similar role Residential New build experience is essential UK Building Regulations, CDM Regulations, and the Planning process If you are an experienced technical coordinator there might be an opportunity for you to come in as a senior or work towards a senior role.
