Overview
MI Manager A fantastic new opportunity is available for a Senior MI Analyst to join one of the fastest growing and forward thinking logistics companies in Manchester. Working as a business intelligence specialist guiding a small team you will use your business insight experience to support an important and growing unit within the business to aid its continued success. You will be given the opportunity to direct how the data should be used effectively in the business and help enhance the current BI and data function from the real-time tools to the data warehouse solutions. You will then present trends, data and analytics to a variety of managerial stakeholders, which need to be clearly communicated. You will also be responsible for our BI roadmap, ensuring we have the right technological tools and capabilities to meet the demands required in such a successful period within the company’s history. You’ll be responsible for: All MI reports and dashboards required by a variety of different operational and service teams across multiple sites and systems All business intelligence insight reports, dashboards and presentation packs created from our data warehouse solution - This includes volume and performance reporting, customer insight and behaviour packs, financial reporting and individual client packs Using customer insight and analytics to identify areas of opportunity to grow our customer base Driving data adoption within the operation to ensure correct use of information in making business decisions Creating and delivering presentations to managers in an effective way using data analysis Engaging with key stakeholders across all teams to ensure our reporting is ‘fit for purpose’ Designing, building and implementing reports, dashboards and insight analytic presentations using Tableau/Alteryx (or any other reporting tool experience) Providing support to other team members in the insight and data team Creativity and determination to help the data strategy in a busy and exciting environment Tech: Reporting and developing experience in either in IBM cognos, SSRS, Tabelau and powerBI Benefits: Competitive Salary, salary review and package ‘add on’s’ 25 Days Bank Holidayas 10% retail discounts Incentive schemes The opportunity to be a stakeholder Pension scheme and bonus scheme flexible working hours They also have great benefits and have a great working culture that promotes work life flexibility, development and more importantly fun; Get in contact to have a chat or email about more details : olivia.redfearn opusrs.com or we can have a chat 0161 2749 642.
