We offer excellent commission schemes, and career progression for successful individuals, with BDM's regularly being fast-tracked to Director, THE ROLE: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a UK market leader in their field and work with a renowned name within Technical films. The role of the BDM is to build volume and revenue within the High Performance Film products range in line with targets. This role offers an exciting combination of Accounts Management and New Business Development, and you must be comfortable with both. You will work mainly in a home/field based capacity, with meetings at Head Office a couple of times a month. You will be looking after a Region mainly spanning the North of the UK, with occasional National travel. You will be tasked with managing existing accounts, and working to SLA's as well as winning back lapsed Clients. There is an established database of contacts for you to establish meetings with including new prospects and warm leads. THE APPLICANT: This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader within the Performance Films sector; Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within Technical films, ideally within a manufacturing company. Candidates with experience within Technical/Performance Films Territory management experience Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills Ideally have experience selling multi layer barrier films Candidates must have experience of New Business 'Hunting' and be comfortable in working to targets Experience of creating strategic account plans/JBP's would be advisable Candidates must be effective team players with a driven, structured and target driven approach.
