Business Analyst Chester £45,000 ShortList recruitment are working with an industry leading firm in Chester who require a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be pivotal in gathering requirements and supporting this growing business. The Business Analyst role requires a focused and energetic individual with a flair for e-commerce solutions. You will undertake a structured analysis approach, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful ongoing partnerships. Key requirements for the Business Analyst: * A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst role * Excellent requirements gathering skills and strong logical approach to problem solving * Excellent communication, documentation and negotiation skills * Ability to act as the focal point for stakeholders, project managers and other department heads * Ability to work to key milestones * Some experience supporting financial / accounts based projects would be beneficial The Business Analyst rewards the right individual with a salary circa £45,000 plus great benefits.
