We deliver a wide range of customer-facing and back-office functions for the Council's operations. To ensure our success we are looking to recruit an Office365 Developer to join our Professional Services team. This is a brand-new role and we are looking for a talented individual to support with the development and operational support of SharePoint and Office365 functionality within our Local Government Partnerships. About the Role: As Office365 Developer you will assist Serco in transforming the way that they deliver services. The role provides Office365 solutions for a wide range of internal business and public sector facing services. Key duties include: Create SharePoint sites, Teams, forms and workflows using Office365 tools and Power Apps; Support the portfolio of SharePoint sites, Teams, Flow automations; Power Apps and forms responding to issues, solving problems and looking at opportunities to improve these tools and their use; Capture requirements users through workshops and meetings to effectively define solutions; Provide and present proposals and solutions to business issues using the range of tools; Act as SME, share skills and knowledge and suggest improvements to processes and procedures to promote continual improvement; Interact and influence department/project team members and working level contact with customers and suppliers; Maintain awareness of new relevant and emerging integration technologies, products, services, methods and techniques; Assist the team in accurately estimating effort to deliver work. About You: If you are passionate about Office 365 platforms and can use them to provide solutions to transforming the delivery of services, then we want to hear from you You should have demonstrable experience of working with Office365 Web Apps (Teams, Office, Flow etc) and be familiar with advanced Excel formulas and macros. We are also keen to hear from those who have SharePoint Online experience (specifically building SharePoint lists and libraries) and knowledge of process automation using Microsoft Flow in particular.
