We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Principal Production Consultant based in Southampton. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £49,300 - £55,100 per annum depending on experience plus benefits. You will be a recognised expert in operational discipline; Providing expertise on Land Administration practices and requirements to senior stakeholders and enabling OS to deliver its business strategy and objectives in helping jurisdictions around the world. The role will focus on providing direction and leadership to the business and development teams. This role will combine product management methodologies and market requirements, in order to drive the development of our strategic portfolio to address the market. What we are looking for in our ideal Principal Production Consultant: - Good knowledge of land administration practices and requirements including register types, laws & regulations, participants, business processes, spatial and non-spatial data, key inputs and outputs - Experience of working as a Product Owner within a complex agile business environment including defining the vision and goals, managing and prioritising the product backlog and acting as primary liaison for the team. - Collaborating with and influencing key business and technical stakeholders - Experience of at least one major land administration implementation project - A good understanding of the challenges that jurisdictions typically encounter when faced with change and transition Knowledge in the following would be advantageous; - International land administration practices – and how they differ - Experience of working with international clients - Cloud-native digital services and NoSQL technologies - LADM, BIM/IFC, LandInfra and other related standards Closing date: Tuesday 24th March Please click ‘apply’ today to submit your application or to find out more about the Principal Production Consultant role, we would love to hear from you.
