Overview
Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing have a high-class opportunity for a Quality Control Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing arm of a worldwide business based in Leeds. Renowned for their forward-thinking approach, our client is looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to lead a team of Quality professionals. Reporting to the Quality Control Manger, you will lead a Quality team, carrying out supervision and advising and coaching Quality Inspectors. As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for: -Leading a Quality team -Supervising, advising and coaching Quality Inspectors -Organising and deploying quality control resources -Monitoring, auditing and assessing inspection processes -Creating quality inspection processes and procedures -Reviewing and ensuring inspection processes are complete during the manufacturing process -Operating as the 'voice of the customer' -Continual improvement of inspection processes and procedures -Ensuring all inspection equipment are well maintained As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will have: -A proven track record in a Quality Control Supervisor or similar role -At least 12 months experience in a Team Leader/managerial role -Experience in a manufacturing/engineering/machining and inspection techniques is essential -Proven leadership qualities This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Control Supervisor to join forward-thinking, growing manufacturing arm of a worldwide business based in West Yorkshire.
