Overview
Post Litigation Fee Earner (International) Location: Liverpool Salary £23,000 - £28,000 The Fee Earner will be responsible for supporting the Legal teams w running a caseload of files in accordance with the Litigation Plan in a commercial and profitable manner. Responsibilities · Run a caseload of RTA files · Managing cases from initial enquiry to completion · Working with clients, experts, barristers, third party solicitors/insurers and any other third parties as required · Certify that all damages are considered · Collect relevant evidence and preparing the file for issue · Precise recording of time and preparing accurate attendance notes · Conveying any quality issues or trends to the Operational heads · Adhere to the firm's Risk Protocol · Identified Risk in accordance with the relevant Risk Management training provided · Keep up to date with knowledge of Personal injury and RTA law · Use case management system, guarantee all actions are completed to time constraints · Building and maintaining positive working relationships internal and externally Essential Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Preferably in a Post issue skills, strong personal injury fast track litigation skills Strong Customer handling experience Proven history in target focused environment Experience in working to deadlines and SLA's Abilities Ability to work to the highest standards of client care in a professional and friendly method Adhere to highest standard of confidentiality and security of all the companies and client records and information Self-confident able to build a good rapport with external associations and organisations Proven experience dealing with challenging situations tactfully and be able remain upbeat and positive Strong orally and in writing skills, with a good thorough knowledge of written English Methodical and efficient file handler Strong priority skills for dealing with a large caseload IT literate Only candidates with relevant skills will be ensured a call back due to time constraints
