Overview
Desirable Criteria · Experienced Service Resource Manager with proven ability to make intuitive high-level decisions for the technical work for customer facing services. · Proven experience within a similar environment. At least a 10 years of experience including some Service Providers history at some level in this field is a must. Scope of Job To provide solution delivery services associated with the design, development, introduction and rollout of the Sitetracker tool to support MBNL’s Towers & Antennas (T&A) programme and MBNL’s Badger programme. The solution delivery service will be required to: · Deliver professional services within two streams focused on T&A and New Code respectively as well as the stream overlaps in business process and delivery · The solution delivery service deliverables include but are not limited to: o SRM Project Management o SRM Solution design, Implementation and integration o SRM test management o Documentation and training materials Deliverables The deliverables will be drawn from the Product Back Log and will include and not be limited to: · System design specification document(s) · Migration plan · Data integrity analysis report(s) · Data validation specification · Data flow diagram · Data governance specification · Management Information (MI) reports · Business Intelligence (BI) reports · Customer specific reports · Data accuracy reports · Individual progress statement(s) · Design documents · Test Specifications · Project management plans · Methods of procedure · Training materials and documentations They will be assigned during the Sprint Planning and will be deliverable within a fortnight. Acceptance of deliverables will be confirmed during the Sprint Retrospective where it will be officially confirmed by the Scrum Master and/or Program Director. Service performance level will be assessed in the Sprint Retrospective and measured through the use of Burn Down charts and Sprint Velocity analysis The Service Provider will be required to pull additional deliverables from the product backlog should their velocity exceed expectations.
