Overview

Head of Tech Delivery to manage team of 15 BA, Dev, PM & Testers for boutique Fund Manager. Head of Technology Delivery - Fund Management - London critical hire, company willing to interview & on-board remotely due to current restrictions My client is a highly credible boutique fund manager and they are looking for a talented Head of Technology Delivery. Following an organisational re-structure, your mission will be to bring a previously disparate team of people (15 Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers & Testers) together, create a sense of identity, encourage collaboration & share best practice. Your delivery will be mainly project based, with accountability for upcoming initiatives around Automation, Business Intelligence, Cloud, Customer Relationship Management, Data, Mobile Applications, Client facing Portals and Reporting. Key measurables: Deliver end-to-end seamlessly Implement agile methodology Increase business satisfaction Speed of delivery Streamline process Team collaboration, morale & retention We are looking for a proven achiever from the buy side (fund management, wealth management, private equity, hedge fund) who enjoys team management, delivering on a vision and business stakeholder management.
