Overview
Sales Support Administrator Swindon - close to town centre & all transport links £21,000 Bens This established International company are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team in Swindon. The Role Understand and respond to customer enquiries, working closely with the Sales Managers, Product Manager and Project Manager to determine suitable pricing strategy. Support Sales Managers with accurate and timely responses to enquiries Develop relationship and understanding of the customers. Understand and react to customer queries Dealing with Quotes and Follow ups Processing Orders received from customer accounts in a timely manner. Ensure all details are correctly entered including any specific quality or delivery requirements Ensure all necessary approvals are received and recorded prior to order release. Provide margin analysis with approval request for forecasting purposes. Interact with Finance to ensure credit terms are acceptable KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE Previous Administration experience essential. Sales or Projects background an advantage Familiarity of working with ERP systems an advantage PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-mail Able to handle varied tasks and prioristise when required Helpful & approachable attitude Able to work without Supervision Team Player Confident to communicate at all levels - both internal & external This is an urgent requirement so please get in contact as soon as possible for more details.
