Overview

Three60 Recruitment have partnered with one of Solihull's longest- running recruitment consultancies in the office support sector; who are looking for an experienced recruiter to join their ranks, and take over a busy, existing desk. The opportunity available will be recruiting across perms general office support functions including secretarial, administration, HR, marketing and finance, with further exposure into similar vacancies. You will be recruiting across the West Midlands to Warwickshire regions. This business works hard for their clients, going above and beyond to organise and participate in events, seminars, charity functions; so a strong attitude toward client satisfaction and networking is key. You'll join a small but close-knit team of recruiters and back office support, who share the same values of quality service, good ethics and hard work; so I am looking for a similarly minded person to slot in You'll benefit from a friendly, positive working environment, without politics- just good service. The opportunity: Inheriting a busy commercial perms desk Currently averaging 10-12k monthly billings Inheriting long-standing clients that you will need to establish your own relationship with quickly, in order to fully understand their requirements Candidate generation and management Working toward targets Continuing to grow the desk through networking/ BD/ lapsed business Applicants: A minimum of 2 years commercial recruitment experience Experience of running a perms desk Excellent relationship building skills Proven background of running a successful desk Quality focused Team player Driven Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (part time might be considered for the right person- realistically no less than 30 hours/ 4 days per week) Salary: Up to £28,000 base commission Please apply in confidence
