If the answer is yes, the team would love to hear from you They are now looking to expand their team through the recruitment of a Quality Assurance Administrator to work in their Portsmouth office. Hours are 37.5 hours per week 5x7.5 hour shifts Monday – Saturday between 0800 – 2000. Could this be the ideal role for me? As their ideal Quality Assurance Administrator, you will must be able to evidence experience of working in a fast paced, frequently changing environment. You will have experience and knowledge of: Call monitoring and coaching experience essential Must be able to evidence knowledge of retention, outbound and inbound sales processes/activities Have an understanding of FCA and FOS regulations Evidence up to date learning and detailed understanding of Regulated Customer Care Have an awareness of Direct Marketing Association and Compliance What will I be responsible for? Joining their team as a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a quality driven environment, providing a wide range of quality assurance verification activity for inbound and outbound enrolments, retention and service based calls, white mail and emails. On a daily basis, this will involve: Giving accurate and timely feedback to allow departments and company objectives to be achieved in sales, service and compliance Meeting your productivity and consistency targets in order to achieve deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Ensuring that all communications leaving their organisation via email or letter have the highest of quality standards reducing customer dissatisfaction and protecting our reputation. Providing management information covering all aspects of quality assurance and quality control highlighting achievements and areas of improvement. Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver focussed results within agreed time frames. Why work for us?
