HR Administrator position within high-end property company in South Kensington | Immediate Start | £25-28k Your new company This high-end property company is one of the oldest in the world and has been trading for over 200 years. Your new role Your position will sit within the HR function of this prestigious brand. You will be assisting the HR and Recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks including being the main point of contact for all systems and HR queries, managing the internal HR system and database, managing probation correspondence and documentation, producing monthly board reports, annual figures reports, new starter set ups and further administration on an ad hoc basis. This role will be handling the HR administration for over 400 employees within the business. What you'll need to succeed You will need a minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Administrator within a fast-paced environment, a strong willingness to learn and a good eye for detail. You will be able to prioritise a busy workload, with the ability to react to changing demands of the business. Due to the nature of the department, you must be able to demonstrate a mature outlook with discretion being a top priority.
