Overview
We are currently looking to appoint an IT Project Analyst to join the team here at Startline Motor Finance. Following the successful migration of our systems after bringing our Customer Services and Collections functions inhouse, we are looking for a motivated and project driven individual to help drive and contribute to the project side of our IT Function. This role will focus on software development lifecycles and application support, ensuring that when processes need to evolve, they are managed from inception to deployment and support. You will provide project analysis from the initial design, blueprinting and realisations stages, and manage the transition to business as usual support. You will also ensure the delivery of configuration changes to our origination and customer relationship management systems. You will be able to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively in order to ensure that timescales are met. This role involves liaising with key stakeholders within the business and working closely with third parties to drive changes and ensure system integrity, so the ability to build effective working relationships is key. The ideal candidate will have experience working with finance systems, preferably within the loans and credit industries, and also have exposure to software development environments/lifecycles. Knowledge of project methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile would be advantageous.
