Overview
Have you managed a team of Financial Advisers before? Looking to take the next step into a more strategic opportunity? Whilst there is a short term goal within this role to manage a team of over twenty Financial Planners. The long term vision is for the incumbent to hire a Regional Manager to take care of the day to day grind leaving you free to influence on a more strategic level. The role: This is a senior post within the organisation and leadership and growth of the regional client offices is at the heart of what you will be tasked to achieve. The London office has grown and continues to expand exponentially following a mix of acquisition and organic growth and the plan is to continue along this upward trajectory - a vision you will help realise as regional Financial Planning Director. It goes without saying that a large part of this role will be to ensure the Financial Planners are hitting target by providing strong leadership and communication across the team. You will forge and maintain trust-based relationships throughout the business and maximise opportunities for referrals.
