Overview

I am currently recruiting for a Head of HR working for a heritage lifestyle furniture Brand. The position is responsible to deliver service that is valuable to management and employees and reflects and aligns the business goals of the organisation with individual work. This position also provides direction for change management and leadership development as the company grows. Some Responsibilities below: - Maintain knowledge on trends/employment law/regulatory changes - Acts as change agent to business through process design and supports change and transformation - striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status - Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees - Manage the talent acquisition process - Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies - Review policies and practices to maintain The successful candidate should have the following - Must be used to running own diary - CIPD Qualified - Experience from luxury/retail - Minimum five year’s relevant work experience in the same or similar position - Practical skills in planning and organization - Managerial skills - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, stress-resistant, driven and open-minded person The company offer an excellent salary/benefit package
