Our client, a Telecommunications service is recruitment for Customer Service advisors to join their expanding team Role Summary To build the reputation of the Service Operation centre by delivering exceptional customer service and 1st line support to customers. Objectives: Manage Customers: Ensure best practice of Customer Service and Technical Support to customers. Patience and tenacity, dealing with customers at their level Log customer complaints and escalate to the relevant department Manage Operations: To manage the workload of assigned faults to the first line team members queue and resolve via best practices. Be the face of the business by taking the bulk of inbound calls. Attend 1-2-1 agent reviews to further progress knowledge and performance. Maintaining the moral of the team to ensure the quality of support delivered to the customers is in keeping with the Company's operating processes. Ensuring all customers calls are answered in line with KPI's Ensuring all faults are expedited in line with customer expectations and KPI's Proactive and flexible approach to work Ensure any emails to the primary support email box are picked up and actioned What we are looking for: Computer Literate Understanding of working on a rota schedule Preferable - Some Call Centre exposure Preferable - Use of a ticketing system and CRM Preferable - Some understanding of the telecoms Industry Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89773759
