Overview
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administrator to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a permanent basis. This role is based in central London, offering up to £28,000 per annum. Key duties include: Providing full support to the team by carrying out admin tasks whilst complying by the contractual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements throughout the contract lifecycle. Ensuring all records is completed by the team in order to meet internal and external deadlines. Ensuring that subcontractors and suppliers are cost effective. Attending and actively participating in meetings when necessary, working closely and efficiently with the service delivery team and other colleagues to resolve requests and issues in a timely manner. Closely monitoring all WIP processes relating to the contract and working with the contracts team to control any additional costs. Taking full responsibility for the commercial support of the contract whilst being able to understand and clarify the customer’s needs and what we can do for them within the terms of the contract. Completing invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms making sure all works are captured and submitted for invoicing. Raising purchase orders when necessary. Delivering a high level of customer service to meet client expectations, whilst ensuring any operational difficulties are met with the support of the management team. Liaise with the helpdesk to ensure allocation of all PPM tasks are completed to standard ready to be signed off. Ensuring key communication is kept within the team, the client and end users in aid of service improvement across the contract. Using initiative to learn independently and carrying out development activities supplied by your line manager. To be eligible for this role, you must have the following: Great organisational skills. The ability to work as part of a large team, whilst multi tasking. Experience with working in a client facing role. You must have financial/accounting experience as well as be good with numbers, being able to carry out the billing on a weekly and monthly basis. You must have experience with either interpret Maximo or Concept. You must be able to demonstrate excellent Excel skills as this will be needed for daily client reports. You must be able to use your own initiative, knowing how to prioritise your work load. A great attention to detail with excellent time management will also be beneficial.
