Overview

An HR Administrator is required to work on a 3 month FTC for a well-established not for profit organisation located in North Cambridge, this opportunity will require someone who is available to work full time. Job Responsibilities • To provide complete HR administration service in respect of recruitment, payroll, sick absence and HR records • To provide initial HR advice and guidance as appropriate, referring staff to the HR Business Partners and Head of HR as required • To adapt to changing business needs, reprioristing as necessary and working closely with the HR team to ensure an effective and high value service is provided to our customers • Work collaboratively with the rest of the HR team to ensure standard process and procedures are understood, complied with and amended as required • Performance management- undertake administrative tasks associated with any bonus or reward scheme • Maintain HR records in compliance with GDPR • Review new starter file for risks or potential issues and take appropriate action • Recruitment- Liaise with external recruitment agencies as required, ensuring rates are best available Skills required • Managing own time, often in the face of conflicting priorities • File management and retrieval • Extremely organised • Good knowledge of word, excel and outlook • Able to demonstrate a keen interest in continuous professional development For more information, please contact Miranda on
