Overview
This top property law firm with a head office based in Cheshire are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team and deal with a mixed caseload of national properties. This firm are renowned for their quality of work and ensuring clients get the highest quality outcome as quick as possible. You will be dealing with a caseload of high value property matters and complex transactions consisting of right to buy, transfer of equity, complex remortgages as well as sales & purchases with values exceeding £1,000,000. You will need to have gained at least 3 years PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor and have management experience as you will be working with a Paralegal / Legal Assistant, whilst giving them guidance and supervision. There will be plenty of opportunities to advance your career to Team Leader & Associate Director level as well as provide input on new recruitment into the team. Salary will be based on experience and PQE however an 'average' salary for a Conveyancing Solicitor does fall between £37,000 - £42,000 and there is a great benefits package on top of this that includes 25 days holidays, buy & sell up to 5 days, pension scheme, dress down policy and other perks as well as a bonus that can see you add £5,000 - £10,000 to your annual salary.
