Overview

Are you a driven and ambitious operations/project analyst seeking a new challenge in an inspiring and growing national charity? If so, we’ve got an exciting opportunity with a national children’s charity with a mission to make the ordinary possible for children and young people with autism. This post will support the Director of Finance and Planning in empowering the organisation to develop high quality operational plans in line the strategy. You will be responsible for coordinating risk management and compliance, overseeing projects and enabling leadership to operate effectively and make informed decisions. Key responsibilities Work with colleagues to design and lead an effective operation planning cycle Act as a critical friend to leadership and management to challenge plans and ensure synergies across department Produce operational plan for ELT and Board of Trustees with accompanying board papers Monitor performance against operational plan, producing KPI reports Coordinate termly review meetings with SMT, celebrate success, identifying issues and finding solutions Design effective project management processes and work with project managers to ensure they are followed, breaking down barriers where necessary Work with ELT to support risk management process Ensure compliance across Health & Safety, Data Protection and Safeguarding The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, with strong experience in analysis and reporting. You will have experience of risk and project management and have excellent stakeholder management skills and ideally have exposure to board reporting in the education/health/third sector.
