Overview

Service Desk / IT Support / 1st-2nd Line Support Your new company; A Public-Sector body providing rapid responses and support to around 120 branches across the region. A fast-paced and high-pressure environment, with a growing IT team and vacancies emerging due to internal promotions. Your new role; You will be a member of the Service Desk team, providing 1st to 2nd line support to a large control room, which must remain live at all times. You will be logging and managing tickets and making sure you provide clear and concise support to users. This position will be working to resolve issues as best you can, before passing it on to the escalation point. The position is based in the main office in Crawley, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 9 - 5. What you'll need to succeed; You will need experience working in a Service Desk team, working with Active Directory, Group Policy, Troubleshooting within a Windows environment. You must be able to work under pressure to ensure a high level of support with a variety of problems. Experience working with Windows Servers is desirable, but not essential.
