Overview
A fantastic opportunity to join a busy Digital team within an established organisation. You will be mainly working with and supporting the US customer base and will be liaising and working closely with the internal Sales and Technical teams. This role requires a high level of customer service and communication skills, over the phone but also responding to a high level of e-mails. The main element of the role is to ensure that adverts are added correctly onto websites and are presentable and correct and are appealing to the end audience. Experience and skills required: Any knowledge or experience of Google Ad Words (previously known as DFP) is highly desirable but not essential Experience of working within a Digital Marketing team HTML/Photoshop - nice to have Experience of looking after blogs on websites whether it is industry experience or personal as a hobby Strong customer service skills (customer focused) and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position Experience of production of Digital campaigns and running campaign reports Degree educated is nice to have but not essential Please note; The hours for this role is Monday to Friday, 11am-7pm due to the communication with the US office.
