Overview
Service Reliability Manager Crawley, West Sussex An experienced Service Reliability Manager is required to join an impressive organization of note. We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Software Reliability, software montoring skills and who have experience in working within an Agile and/or SAFe environment. You will be responsible for setting out quality standards as well as change and incident management processes within an environment of continuous improvement, additionally, you will have experience building and managing Application Support teams providing 1st & 2nd line remote support to a broad array of clients. Another important part of the role will be to own the Disaster Recovery plan's and ensure the capability of the team to execute the plans. Key skill and responsibilities: Software Reliability. Software monitoring. Change Management. Application & System Monitoring. Incident Management. Disaster recovery. Building an effective Application Support Team. Bug management. Desirable Skills/Experience: Experience of working within SAFe methodology Modern application deployments practise.
