Overview
Provide administration support to the Financial Advisers in respect of new business. You will be contacting the clients to arrange Fact Find appointment calls for the Advisers and sending out the relevant documents. To monitor the new cases being received. Contact the client to agree the appointment date and time for their Fact Find call with the adviser. Send confirmation of the appointments to the clients along with any required documentation. Track receipt of required documentation and liaise with the Adviser and Administrator to ensure received in time. Chase the client for response as appropriate. Ensure the database and client folder is kept up to date. To make and answer telephone calls as necessary and have a friendly and professional manner at all times. Assist in the archiving of client files
