PERMANENT ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT JOB - DONCASTER BASED - PAYING UP TO 27K Your new company We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client within the manufacturing industry. An established business that is growing rapidly year on year. Your new role A newly created accounts assistant position reporting to the Management Accountant and joining a small team Preparation of weekly KPI reports for both sales and management Sales Analysis Analysis and review of monthly expense requests Analysis of the P&L and investigation into any variances Analysis of the P&L to assist driving down costs in an efficient manner Preparation and development of weekly / monthly reports that review the business' performance against its goals (including margin and turnover) Preparation of monthly MI pack in conjunction with the Management Accountant and Financial Controller Weekly stock reconciliations for depots and appropriate reporting to drive stock management Assist with analysis of stock Assist in month end (prepayments / accruals / journals) What you'll need to succeed You will need good Excel skills, have experience of working in a similar role and have worked in some way within Stock.
