Central Employment are delighted to be supporting a technology- based business who are looking for a Network Manager (Customer Services)/Trainer for their growing team in Newcastle. A successful candidate will be supporting new customers with on-boarding, ensuring customer’s full understanding of the platform, they will also play an important part in contributing to the business through data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities Offering high level of customer service to all existing & new clients, ensuring their queries are fully resolved. Outbound calls to existing customers to talk them through the on-boarding process using screen sharing Answering queries via email and other communication channels Collating data and feeding it back to other teams to ensure constant improvement Working to individual and team targets Keeping on top of bookings, tracking existing jobs Requirements Very good IT skills are essential Customer Service Experience is essential for the role, my client requires a person who would be comfortable on the phone Consultative approach you will be explaining to customers how the platform works, making sure all questions are answered Experience of operating in an online booking system and utilizing CRM Experience of building and maintaining successful relationships with people at all levels This role is an immediate start so please apply online (attaching your CV) as soon as possible.
