Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working in partnership with their prestigious Client who are looking for a dedicated Network Manager to join their Operations Team in Newcastle. About the role: This role will be responsible for managing the networks of our Clients commercial partners and ensuring they perform brilliantly by contacting customers, booking in jobs and delivering outstanding service Responsibilities: • Calling customers once a job has been quoted on, to manage the booking through to completion. • Utilising the message centre to answer queries from customers. • Regular communication with garages to proactively understand availability. • Building and maintaining relationships with customers through telephone and online communications to ensure customer satisfaction and excellence. • Manage workload coming through the platform. • Dealing with a high volume of inbound & outbound calls and emails. • Keep on top of job bookings and track customer journey. • Regularly talk to commercial reps about garage performance, customer journeys and market trends. • Proactively hitting personal and team targets to ensure that customer and garage needs and business objectives are met. • Making recommendations to improve quality and customer care standards within the business. • Support and assist team members and line manager, in order to contribute to the group’s effectiveness and team spirit. • Continually develop own knowledge and skills to meet both individual and team objectives. Working hours: 9.00 – 17.30, Monday – Friday About you: • Previous experience of customer service is essential • Good organisational skills is essential • Technical experience in automotive parts is highly desirable but no essential • Reliable and hardworking • Excellent team player Key skills required: • Experience in a customer service role to include telephony and written customer communication. • Experience of using an online booking platform or workflow system would be advantageous although training provided. • Good at building key relationships with both customers and corporate partners. • Experience in objection handling and dealing with difficult customers. • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge/experience and CRM systems • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
