Overview

My client are a highly successful and expanding organisation and looking to recruit two new members of staff to support the business administratively and operationally as follows: Providing administrative support to aid the day-to-day running of the business. Data entry processing customer sales orders onto IT system. Processing customer orders into warehouse dispatch system. Processing website and ecommerce orders into CRM system. Entering of invoices onto our accounting system. Handling and answering inbound enquiries, e-mails and calls. Helping customers with any enquiries that they may have. Assisting logistics team with movement of stocks. Building and managing operations reports using Microsoft Excel. Assisting management in day to day activities. Helping warehouse team whenever necessary. Providing excellent customer service. Ensuring tasks are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner. Prioritising tasks according to importance and urgency. Ensuring tasks and enquiries are handled end to end. Required Skills: Great organisational skills High attention to detail Well versed in ICT Well versed in Microsoft Excel Fast, accurate typing speeds Ability to learn fast and well Customer-first attitude Prioritisation Skills Able to work effectively individually as well as in a team Able to listen to and follow guidelines effectively High level of communication via telephone and e-mail The successful candidate will be versatile and hands-one, with a strong work ethic.
