Real Estate Partner - Top 200, Legal 500 & Chambers UK ranked firm. My client is a growing firm with an established reputation across the South East of England and have grown their presence across London significantly in the last 18 months. Due to a Partner retiring, they are now looking for an ambitious & driven individual to take the reigns and continue to expand on their impressive growth. You will pick up an existing case load of Commercial Property matters from the current Partner who has developed a strong client base ranging from private individuals through to multi-national corporations. A following of business is therefore not a prequisite of the role. There is an existing team in place too, and you will be responsible for their continued development and the success of the team.
