Overview

We are currently partnered with a leading accountancy firm, based out of London, to recruit a highly driven and customer focused Junior Administrator. This firm is one of the largest independently owned investment managers in the UK, as well as being one of the top ten largest accountancy firms. The role will sit in the in the restructuring and insolvency team, a team which prides itself on having a market leading reputation and with access to an unrivalled client base. The Role The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and capable administrator with demonstrative experience of working in the Restructuring and Insolvency sector. You will be providing support to Management and tasked with case management and statutory compliance for a portfolio consisting of mostly administrations and liquidations. Key Responsibilities will include; Planning and organising: to ensure all client work is carried out within the appropriate time scales through continual monitoring of case progression. Commercial awareness: to have a good understanding of the commercial factors affecting the client and to be able to monitor the commercial effectiveness of work done by S&W by reviewing costs against budget. Teamwork: working as a team with the other managers, directors and staff to ensure the department as a whole meets its objectives and all client demands are exceeded. Problem solving: Knowledge to resolve technical issues and organisation to resolve client and director demands. Customer focus: ensuring clients expectations are exceeded, by providing a first class service at all times. Analytical skills - to assess financial and other information to assist clients in understanding their affairs and needs; to identify opportunities to enhance value for stakeholders. The Background Educated to degree level Experience working within the restructuring and insolvency sector Knowledge of insolvency rules and statutory requirements Excellent project management skills Strong organisational skills
