Their Northern Ireland division is highly respected in their region and continues to go from strength-to-strength. Clients and business opportunities as a Financial Advisor The Northern Ireland office has a strong team of 12 Advisers; and are keen to continue expanding their business through recruiting further Financial Advisors. Due to their excellent reputation as a Chartered Financial Planning firm providing quality, independent advice; they have developed relationships with professional introducers and are held in high esteem within their networking groups. Therefore, they regularly receive enquiries and referrals for new clients which are distributed within the team. Plus, they will support each Financial Advisor with business planning and mentoring on how to maximise client opportunities to further grow your client bank. Training and Development provided to Financial Advisor The team have a fantastic team ethic whereby they meet on a monthly basis to share each other’s successes and learn best practices. Every Financial Advisor within their NI team has written more business since joining this firm. Support provided to Financial Advisors Full administration and paraplanning support is provided, pre and post sale; enabling Advisers to spend more time focused on seeing clients. Requirements to be considered - Independent Financial Advisor You should be an experienced Financial Advisor looking to take your career to the next level through joining a business of likeminded individuals. Plus, you should have some clients and interested in growing these further.
