Overview
Liga Recruitment are currently recruiting a Senior Level Software Developer for a growing client based in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to join the client on a permanent basis as a Senior Developer, working on a mix of Windows desktop and web applications. You will have at least 8 years full stack experience. Someone who’s been there, done it, got the t-shirt and worked to high standards. We are looking for individuals with proven problem solving skills, an ability to work independently and excellent software development skills. Your development skills will be demonstrated through previous work experience or involvement in open source projects. As a member of a small, focused team, you will be involved in application development, installation, testing and 3rd line support. You will be required to manage your time, to determine and stick to time-scales and produce high quality software. Working on the Microsoft platform you would be required to use C#, .NET and SQL Server. Experience in these platforms and the following technologies would be essential: Technical Skills • ASP.NET Core • C# • JavaScript, jQuery • HTML, CSS, Bootstrap • JSON/XML • SQL Server • Docker • Powershell • API Development (RESTful) • Windows/Linux Server Management (desirable) Soft Skills • Solution Design Experience • Strong Technical Documentation • Good Communicator • Team Player DevOps experiences describable.
