[MS1] Due to continuous growth, we have a number of exciting and rewarding opportunities within our Trust Services Teams, based at our client sites in Oxford, Bracknell, Wokingham and Reading. The role: You will be providing on-site account management support to our hiring managers and to our bank members (flexible workers), assisting them in all manner of queries relating to their work within NHS Trusts. Although no two days will be the same, you’ll typically be helping hiring/ward managers with shift requests, encouraging bank member registrations, answering training queries, systems issues, and dealing with these queries from start to finish. You’ll be ensuring all contact is quick, simple and helpful. Both the ward manager and worker will look to you for on-site support and will expect expert advice and guidance for prompt query resolution for any enquiry that our Service Centre are unable to help with. Our aim is to be a "customer obsessed" organisation, and to achieve this you will: Act as an NHSP ambassador, leading the way by getting to the root of our customers’ enquiries and making their day by solving them from start to finish Facilitate filling bank shifts whilst ensuring bank member requirements are also met or exceeded. Establish strong working relationships with both the ward manager and flexible worker communities, prioritising pro-active tasks to pre-empt process or service issues with the end goal of delighting our customers Call upon your fellow experts in the business to lend you a helping hand Have all the kit you need to answer our customers queries whether that is face-to-face, via telephone or email Make judgement calls and decisions based upon established processes and procedures when dealing with client and member requests Actively represent NHSP throughout the client organisation ensuring continuous improvement, highlighting any unusual events or trends and feeding back information to other Team Members and Team Managers Use personal knowledge gained from training/databases to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with both clients and members. Previous experience of working in a customer service environment is desirable, but it’s your 'helping’ attitude that really counts.
