Experienced KS1 Primary Teacher post available September Happy primary located in Walthamstow, Waltham Forest, East London MPS/UPS Permanent, Full-Time KS1 Primary Teacher role KS1 Primary Teacher Person Specification This role requires an innovative and driven KS1 Teacher who shows a real passion and enthusiasm for teaching. You must have the skills to encourage pupils to learn in a meaningful, positive fashion, pushing the boundaries of their own expectations. This post requires somebody who has the skills to utilise motivational learning techniques in their teaching practice and organise and orchestrate dynamic and well delivered lessons. The successful candidate will be able to exhibit a delivery style that will benefit every student and an understanding of how to make lessons both fun and effective. About this KS1 Primary Teacher role This KS1 Teacher position involves teaching one of the classes within KS1 based on your skills, experience, and personal preference. There is an additional opportunity for the right candidate to also prove themself by accepting more responsibility as the schools Literacy Co-ordinator. You will benefit from having an in class Teaching Assistant and will help in their development and training- hopefully helping them advance on to teacher training in the near future. Part of your role will include ensuring that no child is left behind and providing extra help for those who need it.
