Overview
A dispute resolution solicitor is sought for a law firm with an enviable reputation in the Leicestershire market. This leading regional firm based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is seeking a dispute resolution solicitor with around 4-5 years’ PQE to join a small team. Experience in judicial review and banking disputes would be advantageous but is not essential. You will come on board acting on behalf of a wide range of clients including individuals, local businesses and commercial property investors; you will be undertaking a caseload of varied litigation matters including property disputes, partnership, contract disputes, inheritance disputes and professional negligence claims. You will be joining a small team of experienced litigators who will be equally as experienced as you are, so the desired candidate should work well within a team and under guidance. This Ashby-de-la-Zouch opportunity is a role that can offer fantastic prospects. The firm would ideally like to have someone on a full-time basis but may be open to offering this opportunity on a 4 day a week basis.
