Fashion/Social Media Start up We are looking for a switched on, experienced PA with a passion for fashion and social media. This start up has recently received some great investment and is now looking to expand the team by taking on a brilliantly organised and driven PA to help the CEO drive the company forward. This is a great opportunity to join a company with big growth potential in its infancy 70% of the role will be as EA to the CEO, with the rest of the time supporting the board and non execs. Duties will include: Managing costs and marketing activities Oversee and manage the online media content Organise diary and travel to and from meetings in the UK Manage the hiring of additional operational staff (2-4 people in 2020/21) Support the family Founder & Board on personal and other business interests; Being able to be a team player to muck in with whatever is needed to keep the business running smoothly. Desirable experience: Well presented with a professional manner; Trustworthy as you will be privy to confidential information; Well-developed planning, organising, administrative and management skills and ability to deliver to a high standard of quality, with meticulous attention to detail; Able to work to and deliver against tight deadlines; Proven ability in building relationships, gaining confidence and trust; High standard of literacy and communication skills, both written and verbal.; Bright, proactive, self-motivated, flexible and energetic team player who is able to work under pressure on their own initiative to achieve results; Administration and management of health & safety policy and processes; Very proficient in using social media; Basic bookkeeping experience is a plus Efficient in the use of MS Office suite – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
