Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A) / Finance Business Partner - Milton Keynes - £50,000 - £60,000 Bonus Pension Benefits Are you looking for a business who have a clear strategy, mirrored in their culture from top to bottom, and across the globe? Perhaps you are working in management accounts currently or a core FP&A role and looking to step out of the pure routine of the role and into something which has more elements of business partnering, value add and international reach? You will be someone who has a sound background in financial planning, monthly reporting and financial analysis. You'll also have extensive hands-on experience in ERP systems and the ability to work closely with IT functions to be able to develop the quality of reporting and data visualisation available to the wider business. You'll be responsible for building relationships with international stakeholders across EMEA, so you will be someone who is comfortable communicating remotely. This role is key in achieving the financial visions of the business. With a clear goal in mind you'll be working with several finance and non-finance teams and balancing that with the technical and management accounting side of the role. You'll work on consolidating accounts for global businesses and providing streamlined reporting which is actionable and understandable across the Group. Huge amounts of progression available within the group who have invested heavily in making the culture one which retains and develops it's staff. The benefits package is strong with a good base salary and bonus up to 25% as well as very high pension contribution from the business (3x the typical amount) You'll ideally be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a background working with tech or systems teams to improve financial reporting and ERP systems. Experience of working in an FP&A function is key, and ideally demonstrable background of building remote working relationships internationally. This is a broad role with a wide range of responsibilities so you'll be good at spinning plates and switching gears when dealing with several type of stakeholder.
