Overview
Digital Customer Service Assistant This is a newly formed role within the Vitabiotics Digital team, responsible for taking care of customer service at all our digital touchpoints. You are a best in class customer service operator with primary experience in Social Media. As our Customer Service Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact between our business and our customers on all of our online channels, and will support and advise customers, who are placing orders, finding information, returning purchases and making complaints. In doing so you will strive to gain and retain customers by offering a service that enriches people's lives. Key Tasks Primary point of contact for customer enquires to do with e-commerce orders Communicate directly with customers via the web chat, email & phone, as well as all of our social media channels Weekly reporting on issues and performance, providing feedback to relevant teams to help improve the e-commerce customer experience Monitor and reply to reviews on Trust Pilot and Google Reviews Essential Experience of, and passion for, delivering excellent customer service within an ecommerce environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good typing speed and the ability to respond quickly and effectively during text and video chats Comfortable on video Good rapport building skills Empathetic, caring and an active listener Goes above and beyond Strives for 5-star feedback Ability to demonstrate strong and objective complaint handling
