Overview
Office Administrator £20,000 - £24,000 Altrincham Your new company Hays Office Support is exclusively partnered with a financial services company based in Altrincham who are looking to recruit an office administrator to their admin team. Your new role As an administrator you will be responsible for uploading data onto the system, updating spreadsheets and writing reports on findings. You will deal with queries via telephone and email and forward onto relevant colleagues. You will also be arranging meetings, organising events and booking travel. You will also be responsible for updating files, printing and scanning and any other ad hoc tasks across the department. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in a similar position and have excellent communication skills to allow yourself to liaise with customers internal levels of seniority. You must have strong IT skills such as Microsoft excel and word. You must have a hard working attitude and a desire to push yourself in a varied role. You must also have good English written skills.
