Overview
NJR Recruitment is working in conjunction with an Award Winning Financial Planning Practice to help them secure a Corporate Scheme Administrator. Our client is looking to recruit an additional candidate to compliment their current Employee Benefits team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Scheme Manager to ensure smooth running of various employee benefits and group pension schemes for the corporate and individual clients. Working alongside a Senior Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for; Obtaining information on legacy pension schemes to new pension schemes, conduct research, administer all joiners and leavers into the scheme and ensuring payment files are maintained, liaise with clients and insurance companies in respect of general and technical queries, assist in the creation of procedure documents and building relationships with consultants and clients, etc. Financial Service Administrators who have worked in the Employee Benefits team of an IFA practice are urged to apply. Industry qualifications such as; GR1 - Group Risk, CF4 & CF1 or CF4 & FA2 are an advantage. Excellent IT skills are required and those having use of 1st software are beneficial.
