Administration £17,000 - £21,000 , Altrincham Your new company Hays Office Support is exclusively partnered with a private sector organisation based in Altrincham, who are looking to recruit an administrator on a permanent basis, to join their administration team. Your new role As administrator you will be responsible for replying to generic information emails and organising postal sorting mail, maintaining stock levels and placing orders for office supplies as required, draft, format, and print relevant documents, managing outgoing post and recording data on special deliveries, photocopying and filing & producing monthly reports on spreadsheets. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in a similar position. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and organisational skills. You will also have excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook. What you'll get in return In return you will join a progressive organisation, who offer flexible working on the standard 9 to 5 hours with an hour for lunch. You will also receive a holiday entitlement of 26 days bank holidays as well as other benefits. You will receive a salary of between £17,000 - £21,000 dependent on experience.
