Pensions Administrator £16,000 to start, financially supported study, salary reviewed twice in first year, plus annual bonus. Nottingham City Centre Due to continued growth our client, a friendly, professional financial services organisation, currently requires several Graduates to start out as Trainee Pension Administrators. This is a great opportunity to step onto the career ladder and start a career in the very professional Financial Services Industry Training and Education: They provide full training. Additionally, in conjunction with their jobs, the Pension Administrators are financially supported to study for and take Chartered Insurance Institute exams to gain professional qualifications such as the Certificate in Financial Services. In addition, in-house training is regularly scheduled, while staff mentors provide training and guidance daily. Progression: The role pays £16,000 to start. If you perform well in the role you can expect your salary and responsibilities to increase quickly. After 1 year, you can expect your salary to be a minimum of £18,500 and after 2 years you can expect your salary to be at least £20,000. Salaries are not capped and are based on knowledge and performance. Role: They seek bright individuals who they can train up to become Pension administrators and further This is a career move and they are seeking Graduate’s interested in pursuing a career in Financial Services. Working within a team you will hold responsibility for providing full support for the Directors and IFAs. Depending on your knowledge and experience this could lead on to managing a portfolio of clients.
