Redstone Rail is an industry leader with an established reputation for supplying quality engineering, technical and contingent labour personnel to the Rail industry and we are proud to have helped deliver some of the highest profile Rail projects in the country. Due to being awarded recent contracts we are looking for an experienced S&T Construction Manager to join our team based in Doncaster. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in and make their mark on an already successful department. You will be responsible for the following areas: To build an effective, profitable S&T work bank in the north of the country within Redstone Rail, incorporating labour supply and self-delivery projects. Undertake reviews and issue Authority to Work cards for all S&T engineering primary sponsored staff. Assess all non-core Sentinel competencies of all S&T engineers under primary and sub-sponsorship To provide advice and guidance for all S&T related railway issues and topics arising from Network Rail. To provide an onsite or remote resource for internal auditing or client-based audits. Attend client meetings and promote the services of Redstone Associates at all times. Have input into pricing and tenders as and when required. Deputise as Redstone Associates technical lead for all S&T activities if required Help build and develop the Redstone Associates S&T technical division. Lead interviews and initiate competency-based interviews for new registrations into the business. Be responsible for generating new business for Redstone Projects & Consultancy Signalling department in Scotland. Have overall responsibility for delivering signalling projects within the North. Have responsibility for compliance on all signalling matters relating to Redstone Associates in the North Be responsible for planning and executing strategy for Signalling activities in the North for Redstone Associates. Be involved in the identification and recruitment of Signalling Staff in the business. Have responsibility for delivering on the agreed business targets for signalling related projects in Scotland for the financial year. Prepare for and attend RISQS Audits.
