Overview
We are working with a highly regarded independent broker who are looking for a Real Estate Account Handler. You will handle a mixture of commercial and residential accounts for clients across UK and Europe, focusing on a variety of sectors including; Asset management, fund managers, hotels, and property developers. Your role within the team will be to service the delivery of a UK and European mixed portfolio, managing client's expectations and maintaining commercial to large corporate accounts You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a real estate role as either a underwriter or broker. You need to be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge of property risks as well as an understanding of real estate liability.
